By accessing or using TruePrice (“the Platform”), operated by TruePrice Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TruePrice is a financial research and analytics platform that provides stock valuation tools, including but not limited to Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) intrinsic value models, relative valuation analysis, and portfolio analytics for stocks listed on Indian stock exchanges (NSE and BSE).

3. Not Investment Advice

The Platform is an informational and analytical tool only. Nothing on TruePrice constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any investment decision. All investment decisions are solely your own.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the Platform. By using TruePrice, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date financial data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and publicly available filings. Valuation outputs are model-based estimates and may differ materially from actual market outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, valuation models, branding, and software on TruePrice are the intellectual property of TruePrice Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruePrice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made using the Platform.

10. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as broker APIs). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
