By using this website or availing any research service from Devesh Varshney (“we”, “the research analyst”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or subscribe.

1. The website

This website gives general information about the research analyst and the regulatory documents SEBI requires to be published. Nothing on it is a research report, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

2. Research services

Research services are provided only to clients who have accepted the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC), completed KYC, and paid the agreed fee. Services consist of research reports and recommendations, including model portfolios. They are based on publicly available information and the analyst’s own analysis. Clients decide for themselves whether to act on them.

3. Market risk

Investment in securities is subject to market risk. Returns are never guaranteed, and past performance does not predict future results. The research analyst is not liable for losses arising from market movements, delays in receiving a report, technical or communication failures, or any inaccuracy or omission in information provided in good faith.

4. We never handle your money or accounts

The research analyst does not accept funds for investment, does not operate or manage any demat, trading or bank account, and does not place orders. Never share your login, password, security questions or OTP with anyone claiming to represent us.

5. Paying fees

Fees are payable only through the payment channels set out in your client agreement. No employee or associate may accept a personal transfer, gift or benefit. Any payment to a personal account is unauthorised and will not be recognised.

6. Confidentiality

Research reports, model portfolios and client communication are confidential and for the client’s own use. Sharing, forwarding or republishing them in any form is a breach of these terms and may lead to termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in research material belongs to the research analyst. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Termination and refunds

Either side may end the service. The fee for the unexpired part of the subscription is refunded pro-rata as set out in the Refund Policy. If SEBI suspends the registration for more than sixty days or cancels it, services stop and the unexpired fee is refunded pro-rata.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect regulatory or business changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
