Refund Policy

Fees are charged for the subscription period agreed in the client agreement, and may be collected in advance as permitted by SEBI.

1. If you cancel

You may cancel at any time by writing to dev@trueprice.pro. The fee for the unexpired part of your subscription is refunded on a pro-rata basis, counted from the date we receive your request. Applicable taxes on the refunded amount are returned as the law allows.

2. If we end the service

If the research analyst ends the service, or if SEBI suspends the registration for more than sixty days or cancels it, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded pro-rata.

3. What is not refunded

The fee for the period already served is not refunded, whatever the outcome of the recommendations or your satisfaction with them. Investment in securities is subject to market risk, and gains or losses from acting on research are the client’s own.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the account the fee came from, within a reasonable time after the request is confirmed.
